Quality Assurance Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
- Analyze, design, build, and execute test cases for new and existing functionality.
- Maintain documentation of test results to assist in debugging and modification of software.
- Plan, deploy, and troubleshoot QA tools, including Tricentis TOSCA and Impact Analysis/Live Compare for SAP.
- Analyze test results to ensure proper functionality and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with development engineers to resolve issues.
- Write and execute SQL queries against various data sources.
- Test web applications, standalone software, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- Support training development and documentation.
- Prepare and deliver reports on software quality and project testing activities.

- Must Have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent technical experience.
- Demonstrated experience applying industry-standard SQA practices.
- Experience with test management tools such as Jira.
- Strong skills in bug identification and tracking.
- Experience writing and executing test scripts.
- Ability to define test strategies and develop test plans.
- Monitoring of testing procedures and compliance.
- Experience in software validation and test-driven/unit testing.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- Self-starter and independent problem solver.
- Experience with Tricentis TOSCA and SAP-related QA tools.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related STEM field — Required
- Advanced degree in a related field — Preferred
- Clearance: Active Secret Clearance required at project start; candidates must be eligible for higher-level clearance if needed.
- Work Location: Hybrid; onsite 1–2 days/month. Candidate must be local at the start of the assignment.
- First-round: Zoom interview with hiring manager
- Second-round: Zoom interview with technical team (final may be onsite if local)
