What will you do?

• Assist with team member scheduling, ordering, receiving, and drink menu development to support efficient and creative beverage operations
• Support inventory and financial reporting tasks, including end-of-month counts and reconciliation
• Ensure compliance with all departmental policies and procedures, including safety and cleanliness standards
• Help train and coach team members, participate in counseling sessions, and assist with staffing level management based on business needs
• Monitor service areas, address guest needs, resolve issues, and ensure the venue is properly stocked and team appearance standards are met

More about you

• Must be at least 18 years of age with a minimum of 1 year of successful supervisory or management experience, preferably in a bar or restaurant setting
• Knowledge in bartending techniques, recipes, sanitation, and safety issues is highly preferred
• Basic math skills; ability to accurately account for cash and inventory
• Must be able to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays
• Basic computer skills, including word-processing, spreadsheets, and e-mail required
