Currently an opportunity exists for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their team.

Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will drive new business growth in assigned markets and regions, establishing a foothold in new segments while solidifying our position in established ones.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Bring external expertise in product, technology, and market trends to our customers and internal teams.
• Utilize understanding of price, cost, and margin dynamics to gain market share from competitors.
• Cultivate strong business relationships with key decision-makers and technology leaders at key and target accounts.
• Facilitate the inception and launch of new standard products and services. Skills/Qualifications Needed:
• Proven track record of success in creating new business in a sales or marketing role.
• Experience in selling or marketing electromechanical components or other technically oriented products.
• Familiarity with manufacturing methods and key business metrics.
• Excellent writing and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel globally (up to 50%). Desired Skills:
• Experience with contract review.
• Marketing proficiency, including creating press releases or product brochures.
• Pricing/costing expertise.
