Family Nurse Practitioner FNP Outpatient Only Full-Time
We are seeking a Family Nurse Practitioner FNPto join our outpatient-only, patient-centered medical home team. This is a full-time position with a supportive, team-based care model providing accessible, comprehensive, and coordinated family medicine services in a culturally competent environment.
Position Highlights:
FNP Only No new graduates
Outpatient Only No inpatient or call
Full Time Schedule
Collaborative team-based primary care setting
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Salary: $ 120,000 – $ 150,000 (based on experience)

Paid Time Off: 25 days PTO + 11 paid holidays annually
