The Role:

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and professional Receptionist / Office Assistant to join our team. This role provides the first point of contact for visitors and supports key administrative, accounting, and marketing activities.

Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors, answer phones, and handle general inquiries.
• Enter invoices, sales orders, and credit card purchases into QuickBooks.
• Assist with other basic accounting and data entry tasks as needed.
• Support marketing activities, including preparing materials and light graphic design (Photoshop or Canva).
• Maintain organized office files, supplies, and records.
• Provide general administrative support to management and team members.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience with QuickBooks required.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organization.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Basic graphic design ability (Photoshop or Canva) preferred.
• Dependable, positive, and professional attitude.
