Data Entry Technician (7AM-3:30PM)

We are looking for a dedicated Data Entry Technician i n Northborough MA 01532 with $18.00/hr pay for a 6-month contract, temp to perm opportunity. In this role, you’ll support warehouse inventory operations by accurately entering data, reviewing shipping documentation, and assisting with general inventory tasks in a fast-paced environment.. Must have 2-3years related experience, high frequency of keystrokes, comfortable carrying some cartons and doing repetitive tasks – APPLY NOW!

Schedule : 07:00 AM – 03:30 PM, Monday to Friday, 9-hour shifts (includes 30-minute lunch + two 15-minute breaks)

Responsibilities:

• Enter data into computer systems and review shipping paperwork
• Prepare pallets for shipment or storage
• Perform routine inventory checks
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Lift and carry document cartons (30–50 lbs)
• Maintain proper organization of files before and after data entry
• Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications :

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, but not required
• Computer proficiency with accurate data entry skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to routinely lift up to 50 lbs
• Experience using a hand scanner, tablet, or computer
• Warehouse experience in shipping or inventory control preferred
