Regional Manager (Greater Boston Area - Must Live Locally)

Pay: $140,000/year + High-Performance Bonus (Top performers earn $200K+)

Sparkling Image Car Wash / Wash Depot Holdings is hiring a high-impact Regional Manager to lead multi-unit operations across the New England market. You will oversee 5 full-service car wash/detail centers and 1 oil change facility across Malden, Lynn, Reading, Everett, MA and Nashua, NH. This is a high-pressure, high-reward role built for a top-tier operator who thrives on accountability, competition, and delivering results. We are looking for a relentless, hands-on leader who takes full responsibility for performance, drives sales, and builds disciplined, high-performing teams. We want someone who sets the standard, develops future leaders, and consistently pushes teams to outperform expectations. This is a field-driven leadership role requiring constant visibility, urgency, and execution Do not apply if you are not a proven performer.

What You’ll Do

• Own and drive all operational performance across the region
• Lead, coach, and hold site managers accountable to aggressive goals
• Drive revenue, profitability, and customer experience standards
• Build strong teams, develop a leadership bench, and promote from within
• Recruit, train, and retain high-performing staff across all locations
• Control labor, expenses, and operational efficiency to maximize profit
• Align all locations with company vision, culture, and performance expectations

Qualifications

• Proven leader with a performance-driven mindset
• Strong track record of hitting or exceeding financial and operational goals
• Ability to build, develop, and scale high-performing teams
• Highly competitive, self-motivated, and results-driven
• Available 5-6 days per week, including weekends (MUST be on call 7 days a week)
• Hands-on leadership style - leads from the front, not behind a desk
• (7-day operational ownership mindset)
• Willingness to travel frequently between locations
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
