Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Brockton, MA

Home Time:

• Spend 3-4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days at home, allowing for quality family time and personal commitments.

Equipment:

• Drive our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for comfort during your trips.

Freight Operations:

• Handle 100% no-touch freight, transporting dry van loads across the U.S., including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.

Pay Structure:

• Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with a $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 per week for the first ten weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.

Running Area:

• Engage in OTR driving that covers all 48 states, providing diverse freight opportunities to maximize your earnings.

Benefits:

• W2 independent contractor position with a no-cost passenger policy for those aged 18 and older. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
