Dry Van Company Driver (W2) - Brockton, MA
Are you a CDL-A driver looking for a rewarding W2 opportunity with great pay and modern equipment? At American Trucking Group, we provide outstanding driver positions with dry van routes across all 48 states, ensuring significant earning potential while being a valued part of our team.
Home Time:
- Spend 3-4 weeks on the road with 4-5 days at home, allowing for quality family time and personal commitments.
Equipment:
- Drive our fleet of 2021 or newer Freightliner Cascadia trucks, equipped with diesel APU, inverters, mini fridges, and TV mounts for comfort during your trips.
Freight Operations:
- Handle 100% no-touch freight, transporting dry van loads across the U.S., including routes on the East Coast and in the Pacific Northwest.
Pay Structure:
- Average earnings of $1,600 to $1,800 weekly, with a $0.60 CPM and $50 stop pay. A $1,500 sign-on bonus is available, paid at $150 per week for the first ten weeks, plus a 10% profit-sharing bonus at year-end.
Running Area:
- Engage in OTR driving that covers all 48 states, providing diverse freight opportunities to maximize your earnings.
Benefits:
- W2 independent contractor position with a no-cost passenger policy for those aged 18 and older. A pet policy is also available with a $500 refundable deposit based on truck condition upon return.
