🔧 Sales Engineer – Industrial Manufacturing

💼 What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and prospects
• Translate customer needs into tailored proposals and technical solutions
• Collaborate with engineering teams to develop accurate specifications and pricing
• Prepare and present compelling sales quotes and product recommendations
• Participate in client meetings, calls, and presentations to drive new business
• Track orders, manage purchase documentation, and support inside sales operations

🧠 What You Bring

• AA/BS in Engineering or equivalent experience in a technical sales role
• Familiarity with temperature sensors or industrial measurement systems
• Strong project management and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

💰 Pay & Perks

• Hourly Rate: $28.85 – $31.25

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Northampton, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.85 - $31.25/hr.
