Business Development Manager

Business Development Manager
150,000 – 165,000
This role will work closely with attorneys and firm leadership to develop marketing strategies, strengthen client relationships, and support new business growth.
Responsibilities
- Develop pitches, proposals, and marketing materials
- Support client development and cross-selling initiatives
- Manage rankings, award submissions, and practice collateral
- Coordinate events, webinars, sponsorships, and speaking opportunities
- Conduct market and competitive research
- Assist with business development plans and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with attorneys on thought leadership and visibility efforts
- Track budgets and oversee marketing projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 5+ years of business development or marketing experience in a law firm or professional services environment
- Experience supporting intellectual property or related practice areas preferred
