They seek a driven Sales Representative to join their team and engage with customers, develop relationships, and promote top-line revenue growth. This role requires a proactive individual who can provide tailored solutions, foster client satisfaction, and represent the brand with expertise and professionalism.

Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will be an enthusiastic, results-driven sales professional who excels at seeking out and engaging new prospects. As a representative, you’ll work closely with clients to offer optimal solutions and provide unparalleled service. You’ll be responsible for selling our client's services and participating in key client events, industry groups, and trade shows as necessary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Looking for someone with a "Hunter Mentality" Our client is a pay for performance driven company and the sky is the limit for someone willing and eager to develop relationships in the marketplace with insurance adjustors, commercial businesses, healthcare, facilities, municipalities, education, higher education and more!
- Attend and represent our client at marketing events; distribute materials and provide feedback on event results.
- Set up and dismantle marketing displays, ensuring professional presentation.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitive information, and client services.
- Actively participate in local industry groups and associations to build a strong network.
- Resolve client concerns to maintain satisfaction and drive overall sales growth.
- Collaborate with regional and national teams to enhance customer experience and organizational success.
Requirements:
- Present and promote services to current and potential clients; maintain clear follow-up on leads.
- Identify, network with, and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Work collaboratively with operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
- Attend client-sponsored operations and safety training as required.
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to persuade, influence, and communicate effectively.
- Experience in delivering presentations and exceeding sales goals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and mobile technology.
- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and positive public image.
- Valid state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Willingness to travel locally, with flexibility for occasional overnight travel.
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B sales; experience in restoration, insurance, or construction preferred.
- A bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred but not required.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs occasionally.
- Standing for extended periods and manual dexterity for repetitive tasks.
- Ability to bend, crouch, or stand as necessary.
