Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Massachusetts Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Current BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred.
• Ability to document care in electronic medical record systems required. Experience with common SNF EMRs preferred.
• Must be able to manage caseloads that include geriatric populations and post-acute rehabilitation.

• Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Shift Name: Days.
• Shift Details: Days 0830-1630.
• Shift Pattern: 5x8.
• Meal Break: 30 minutes.
• Floating: Candidate may be required to float to other facility locations as needed.
• Contract Length: 13 weeks.
