**Role Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager with a background in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, passionate about managing the complete product lifecycle from conception to delivery, with proven experience in technical or manufacturing environments.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead and oversee new product development projects from ideation to full market launch.
+ Manage cross-functional teams including design, engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance.
+ Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence throughout the project cycle.
+ Track and report project progress, anticipate and mitigate risks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
+ Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define requirements and establish project goals.
+ Ensure that products meet regulatory and quality standards.
+ Continuously improve project processes for efficiency and quality.
**Qualifications:**
+ Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering (required).
+ Minimum of five (5) years' experience in a technical or manufacturing environment.
+ Demonstrated experience managing new product development projects and full product lifecycles.
+ Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
+ Ability to work independently and proactively solve problems.
+ Proficient in project management methodologies and tools (such as MS Project, Agile, etc.).
+ Familiarity with relevant compliance, safety, and quality standards.
