About the Role

As a Cancel Shark , you’ll handle customer subscription cancellations through phone calls and online chat . You’ll contact service providers to cancel recurring subscriptions, manage multiple chat sessions, and accurately record account information. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys steady, detail-oriented work in a fun, supportive environment.

What You’ll Do

• Make outbound calls to service providers to cancel accounts on behalf of customers.

• Navigate internal computer systems to manage accounts and accurately record subscription details.
  
  
• Follow clear procedures and scripts to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
