Support Facilities and support Services team at Central office. The ideal candidate would be onsite to support staff with facilities concerns and support an upcoming office relocation.
Facilities support Must be able to lift/carry up to 50+lbs.
Candidate will be responsible for rearrange office furniture, generate and maintain an organized inventory of office equipment. The ideal candidate should be able work independently and follow instruction as provided by managers.
Candidate will be responsible for supporting a major office relocation, prior experience with move coordination will be prioritized.
Candidate will need to address facilities issues and communicate necessary repairs to manager. Communicate with team and track repairs happening throughout the building.
Must be tech savvy, daily use of desktop computer/laptop, ability to create and manage excel spreadsheets, participate in online meetings, and respond to emails in a timely manner.
Candidate should be able to troubleshoot printer errors, replace printer cartridges and request service repairs when needed.
