Innovate! Inc. is seeking a highly motivated individual to join its geospatial solutions team as a GIS Coordinator - Level IV . You may be called upon to assist with the design, development, and maintenance of geospatial applications through the concept, design, and implementation phases. Your role will also include supporting other personnel in utilizing GIS applications and software as well as interfacing with clients and teaming partners.

Salary Range: $120000-$170000 annually

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coordinate GIS projects and activities across ATF’s enterprise GIS environment, ensuring alignment with project objectives, schedules, and performance standards.
- Oversee installation, configuration, and maintenance of GIS-related software and systems.
- Build and maintain GIS systems and corporate-wide intranet/extranet sites to disseminate GIS maps and geospatial products.
- Create and design interactive web pages using tools such as ArcMap, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, AutoCAD, and other GIS-related software running on client intranet/extranet servers.
- Provide technical expertise and user training and support for Enterprise GIS Systems.
- Present GIS solutions to potential and existing customers and verify analysis methods used across the GIS program.
- Provide sound technical expertise in developing effective solutions to complex GIS projects and support project management objectives.
- Apply high-level functional systems analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation advice to complex GIS problems, drawing on GIS Business Analyst/Coordinator capabilities where applicable.
- Participate in all phases of GIS software and system development with emphasis on planning, analysis, testing, integration, documentation, and presentation.
- Design and prepare technical reports, charts, graphs, and related documentation; prepare and deliver presentations and briefings as required.
- Provide technical advice on security requirements for specialized applications and support IA and security control implementation.
- Coordinate and support Azure cloud network and system design and implementation as it pertains to GIS systems.
- Serve as an onsite contractor task lead, as designated, responsible for performance and assignment of GIS tasks and coordination with the COR and government project leads.
- Ensure that GIS data, applications, and code are properly backed up in accordance with government instructions and contract quality control expectations.
- Support contract governance, including kick-off meetings, monthly review meetings, and recurring reporting.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
- Experience: 8–12 years of GIS coordination, enterprise GIS system management, or closely related experience.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating GIS projects, installing/configuring GIS software, and building/maintaining enterprise GIS systems.
- Experience creating interactive web pages and intranet/extranet sites using ArcMap, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Web AppBuilder, AutoCAD, and related tools.
- Experience providing technical expertise, user training, and support for enterprise GIS systems.
- Experience preparing and delivering technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders and customers.
- Experience supporting complex, multi-project environments and project management objectives.
- Ability to meet ATF background investigation and identity verification requirements and comply with all applicable security and training requirements.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience serving as a task lead or project lead for enterprise GIS initiatives in a federal environment.
- Experience coordinating GIS activities that involve Azure cloud environments, including network and system design support.
- Experience advising on security requirements for specialized GIS applications and supporting RMF and IA/security control processes.
- Experience with large, decentralized organizations with multiple field divisions and field/satellite offices.
- Experience coordinating enterprise GIS work for federal law enforcement, intelligence, or public safety agencies is highly preferred.
- Prior work with ATF is desired , particularly in support of enterprise GIS systems, GeoPortal, or National Geospatial Intelligence Branch activities.
- Prior work with DOJ is preferred , supporting coordination across DOJ components and aligning with DOJ policies and technical standards.
