We are proud to offer an extensive and iconic portfolio of highly recognizable, sustainably sourced, and conveniently packaged branded beverages distributed across more than 150,000 retail outlets. **If you are a current associate of Primo Brands, please apply via MyADP.** **Compensation:** $118,322.00 - $137,823.00; This position is eligible for an annual bonus **Location:** Framingham, MA Responsibilities The Retail Sales Manager drives sales growth within a designated geography by setting annual and monthly objectives aligned with the company's business plan. This includes developing and updating a comprehensive sales plan, as well as coaching and leading Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Sales Representatives (RARs & TSRs) to achieve targets for acquisition, volume, TPD, and revenue. The position is also responsible for coordinating the specific objectives of the sales plan with all the functional departments of the company and, most specifically, with Finance. In accordance with the Division growth Manager, establishes both market and target customer strategies for the company. **Job Responsibilities:** + **Sales and Territory Management:** + Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market share. + Drive TPD and volume execution through sales team + Manage and optimize sales territories to ensure timely and efficient product delivery. + Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth. + Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store managers and personnel. + **DSD Operations:** + Oversee the day-to-day execution of the DSD process, including sales, merchandising, and inventory management. + Drive execution of programming at the store level + Manage inventory levels and minimize product waste. + **Merchandising:** + Ensure that products are displayed according to company standards and planograms. + Implement and monitor promotional displays and activities. + Ensure that the shelves and displays are fully stocked and well-maintained. + **Team Leadership:** + Manage and motivate a team of DSD sales representatives. + Provide coaching and training to team members. + Monitor team performance and provide feedback. + Drive adherence to sales and marketing standards + **Relationship Management:** + Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with store managers, and other retail personnel. + Work to solve problems and insure customer satisfaction. + **Reporting and Analysis:** + Provide regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and other key metrics. + Analyze data to identify trends, develop sales forecasts and opportunities for improvement. Qualifications **Qualifications:** + Minimum of 5 years' experience within the CPG industry. + Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field (preferred). + Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management capacity + Proven experience in retail sales and DSD operations. + Strong sense of urgency and competitive drive to sell + A Skilled negotiator who understands the importance of communicating both good and difficult news to retailer partners to create success out of both situations. + Strong leadership and management skills. + Meeting sales goals + Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. + Assertive ability to troubleshoot and manage difficult situations + Valid driver's license and clean driving record. + Advanced skills in Microsoft Office **Key Skills:** + Sales management + DSD operations + Merchandising + Team leadership + Relationship management + Analytical skills + Communication skills **Important Considerations:** + This role often requires physical activity, including lifting and moving products. + Flexible work hours, including weekends and holidays, may be required. + The ability to work in a fast-paced environment is essential.
