Joyce Landscaping is aggressively looking to expand our Maintenance and Construction teams. Ideal candidates should be comfortable operating lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, bobcats, trucks, etc. They should also be able to perform general day to day task. Joyce Landscaping provides opportunity to advance and learn trade specifics such as Landscape Construction, Hardscape installation as well as Softscape installation. We welcome individuals who are reliable, organized, team oriented and pay attention to detail. Valid United States drivers’ license and reliable transportation required. Pay based on qualifications and job experience . 40 plus hours per week with opportunity for overtime. Some experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right individuals and welcome all skill levels to apply. Opportunity for Foreman positions. Maintenance Division

Our Maintenance Division is seeking team members to join our Horticulture, Mowing and Landscape Maintenance crews . Valid driver’s license & good driving record are required.

Irrigation Technician:

Grassroots Irrigation is seeking a motivated, team-oriented individual to join our staff. Existing knowledge of troubleshooting irrigation systems and servicing accounts in a timely manner is helpful, we will train the right individual.Valid drivers's license and good driving record are required.

Construction Equipment Operators:

Must be able to operate construction equipment such as, Loaders, Excavators, Bobcats, Dingos etc. DOT card and Hoisting License preferred.

CDL Driver:

Must have a valid CDL with a valid DOT medical card. Must have a MA hoisting license. Must be able to safely operate heavy equipment and properly secure onto transportation trailers for delivery. Must be able to make deliveries in a timely manner.

Lead & Crew Masons:

Qualified, experienced lead mason for upper-end residential work. Must excel in lay-out of projects, reading and building projects based off of plans, and excel in masonry walls, flat work, outdoor living and crew management.

Mason Tender and Construction Labors:

This opportunity for a candidate with very basic construction/masonry experience. Must be willing and able to lift and work with heavy materials such as stone, brick, masonry cement/ concrete cement, gravel, sand, dirt etc. Must be willing to work in all weather conditions.

Landscape Designer:

Production of design graphics, using CAD, for construction documents. Must have Horticultural knowledge and basic understanding of plants, pavers, retaining walls, low voltage lighting & general construction practices. Ability to provide estimations on Landscape / Hardscape Design Plans. Ability to organize a new job design plan on site. Communicate and Ability to work with other team members. Must promote efficiency and organization. Flexibility to meet clients at request
