K-1 Tax Operations Specialist

We’re hiring a K-1 Tax Operations Specialist to support our growing tax documentation process across multiple investment partnerships. This role is critical for keeping tax reporting organized, accurate, and on time - ideal for someone meticulous and reliable. You’ll handle Schedule K-1s, collaborate with tax teams, and maintain clean records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track and process incoming Schedule K-1 forms across various investment entities
• Upload K-1s to secure portals and update tracking systems
• Maintain accurate logs and digital filing systems for all received documents
• Follow up with internal stakeholders on outstanding or delayed K-1s
• Handle sensitive documentation with professionalism and discretion

Required Experience:

• 1–3 years in tax, accounting, or document operations
• Hands-on experience with Schedule K-1 forms or similar investment tax documents
• Experience in fast-paced, document-sensitive environments

Required Skills:

• Familiarity with Schedule K-1 tax documents and reporting cycles
• Proficient in Excel and file tracking systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in a tax firm, investment firm, or family office
• Exposure to institutional or fund-level tax workflows
• Background in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
