Job Overview

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team in a long-term care and nursing home setting. This is a great opportunity to work in a supportive environment with experienced leadership and flexible scheduling.

Location: Worcester, MA
Shift: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
Employment Type: Full-Time
Pay: $36.00 – $39.00 per hour (Based on experience)
Setting: Long-Term Care | Skilled Nursing Facility

Schedule

• Fortnight shifts available
• Weekend rotation required
• Overtime opportunities available

Key Responsibilities

• Assess and monitor residents’ health conditions
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and record vital signs
• Provide direct patient care and emotional support
• Collaborate with physicians, RNs, and interdisciplinary team
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Follow nursing standards, policies, and best practices

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Active Massachusetts LPN license (required)
• 1+ year experience preferred (new grads welcome)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
