Position Overview:
The Account Executive - Audiovisual (AV) is responsible for driving new and existing business, achieving sales targets, and building long-term client relationships. This role owns the full sales cycle - from prospecting and needs discovery through closing and post-sale account management.
This individual serves as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and works closely with internal teams to deliver AV/IT solutions that meet client needs. Depending on experience, this role may support mid-market opportunities or lead more complex, enterprise-level engagements.

Own full-cycle sales activities including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing business
Achieve or exceed assigned revenue and gross margin targets
Develop and execute a territory plan aligned to business objectives
Identify client needs and translate them into effective AV/IT solutions
Build and maintain strong client relationships before, during, and after the sale
Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and presentations, including scope, timelines, and change orders
Partner with engineering, project management, and operations to support successful project execution
Maintain accurate pipeline activity, forecasts, and client data in CRM
Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects
Support resolution of client issues related to scope, schedule, or commercial terms
Participate in industry events, trainings, and internal meetings
Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor’s preferred
3–7+ years (Account Executive) or 7–12+ years (Senior-level) of consultative sales experience in AV/IT, technology integration, or a related industry
Experience managing sales cycles; exposure to complex or enterprise deals at higher levels
Strong ability to identify client needs and develop effective solutions
Working knowledge of AV/IT systems and integration environments
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills
Ability to manage a territory, priorities, and deadlines independently
Comfortable in client-facing environments, including executive-level interactions
Willingness to travel as needed, including occasional overnight travel
Level will be determined based on experience, scope of past work, and ability to manage complex opportunities.
Account Executive : Focus on developing pipeline, managing small to mid-sized opportunities, and building client relationships
Senior Account Executive : Leads complex or enterprise opportunities, brings established relationships, and operates with a high level of independence
