You'll prospect, qualify leads, and book meetings that our Account Executives close.What You'll DoBook 20 qualified meetings per month with nonprofit decision-makersConduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and LinkedInResearch accounts and tailor messaging to prospect needsPass detailed context to AEs for smooth handoffsTravel to industry conferences to represent HumanitruCollaborate with marketing on campaigns and messagingCompensationBase: $50KCommission: $$ per qualified meeting booked + % of sourced revenue when deals closeOTE: $70K at quota (uncapped upside)Protected territoryRequirements1+ years in sales, BDR, or business development (SaaS experience preferred)Strong communicator who can build rapport quicklySelf-motivated and comfortable working remotelyOrganized with a systematic approach to prospectingGenuinely interested in helping nonprofits succeedWhy Humanitru We're a minority-and-woman-founded team that cares about the nonprofit sector and the impact our clients make.
