RECEPTIONIST
Position: Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and professional Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere for our clients and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate person or department
- Respond to emails and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Maintain a neat and organized reception area
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for the team
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparing documents
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Keep track of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Assist with organizing company events and meetings
- Other duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other computer programs
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional and friendly demeanor
- Real estate experience is a plus, but not required
