About the Role

As a Center Director, you are the heart of your school community—guiding educators, partnering with families, and ensuring operational excellence. You’ll lead with both strategy and empathy, balancing business needs with a deep commitment to quality early childhood education.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of early childhood educators
• Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging center culture
• Ensure compliance with EEC regulations and company standards
• Partner with families to build trust and strong relationships
• Oversee enrollment, staffing, and center operations
• Champion curriculum implementation and continuous quality improvement

What We’re Looking For

• Leadership experience in early childhood education (Director or Assistant Director level preferred)
• EEC Director 2 Certification or ability to obtain
• Strong knowledge of EEC regulations and licensing requirements
• Proven ability to build, coach, and retain high-performing teams
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A growth mindset and passion for developing others
