NHL Field Collector
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an NHL Field Collector to attend NHL games for a commitment of 12 hours weekly:
Primary responsibility:
-Be physically present inside the venue during games and operate the Nordhaven application accurately and consistently throughout live play.
Key activities:
? Arrive prior to puck drop; remain through the end of the game
? Operate the application according to the provided SOP
? Maintain focus and accuracy during live gameplay
? Confirm attendance and basic event metadata
Non-requirements:
? No sales or fan interaction
? No technical troubleshooting beyond basic app use

-Highly reliable and punctual
-Comfortable in live sports/event environments
-Able to repeat a defined task consistently
-Basic smartphone/app-savvy (no technical background required)
-Local to the venue with predictable availability
