Sales Support Specialist
Provide sales and administrative support by managing customer inquiries processing orders maintaining CRM data and assisting the sales team to ensure exceptional service and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound sales calls and customer inquiries

Process and track orders from start to delivery

Maintain accurate CRM and order records

Support the sales team with follow-ups and lead management

Resolve customer issues promptly

Assist with reports and administrative tasks

Stay informed on products promotions and market trends
Qualifications:

2 years in sales support account management or similar

Strong communication and organizational skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM tools

Customer-focused with a proactive attitude
