Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist to join our team. This role involves making and answering outgoing sales calls, processing orders, and performing data entry tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to handle various administrative tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

· Make outbound sales calls to potential and existing customers to promote products and services.

· Answer incoming sales calls, addressing customer inquiries, providing product information, and processing orders.

· Accurately enter and maintain data in our CRM and order management systems.

· Process customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery as needed.

· Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads.

· Prepare reports and updates on sales activities and customer interactions.

· Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and answering questions promptly.

· Assist with administrative tasks and support other departments as needed.

· Stay informed about product knowledge and market trends to better assist customers.

Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s degree or higher preferred.

· Proven experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Reliable, outgoing and punctual.

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and job responsibilities.
