Remote Order-to-Cash Strategy & Operations Manager

In this role, you will have a significant impact on our Go-to-Market Finance organization by bridging finance, strategy, and operations. You'll drive business insights, identify growth opportunities, and lead operational transformations. Accountabilities

• Own and execute end-to-end initiatives across Order-to-Cash, enhancing productivity and scalability.
• Navigate complexity to secure buy-in for new processes and system improvements.
• Translate data trends into actionable business insights and operational triggers.
• Partner with leaders to identify and communicate the operational implications behind data findings.
• Perform data analysis to support operational initiatives, identify opportunities, and measure impact.
• Collaborate with managers to establish a long-term roadmap addressing operational bottlenecks.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Finance Operations, Revenue Operations, or related fields in a SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related discipline.
• Proven track record of transforming conceptual problems into operational solutions.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and building consensus among varied stakeholders.
• Ability to influence teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical skills to uncover root causes of operational issues.
• Capacity to simplify complex workflows into clear processes.
• Experience with basic data analysis to identify business risks and opportunities.
• Familiarity with SaaS, technology sectors, and high-growth environments.
• Solid understanding of traditional finance concepts like revenue recognition and billing logic.
• SQL proficiency is a plus.
