**Working Hours:** 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST (U.S.)

### Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented **Cold Email Campaign Manager** to manage, optimize, and maintain outbound email campaigns. This role requires strong technical email deliverability knowledge and hands-on experience with MailWizz, including domain authentication and inbox placement best practices.

You will be responsible for ensuring campaigns run smoothly, emails are delivered successfully, and sender reputation remains strong.

### Key Responsibilities

* Set up, manage, and optimize cold email campaigns using **MailWizz**
* Configure and maintain email authentication records including:
* **DKIM**
* **DMARC**
* **SPF**
* Additional DNS records as required for deliverability
* Warm up domains and IPs to maintain strong sender reputation
* Monitor deliverability, open rates, bounce rates, and spam complaints
* Troubleshoot inbox placement issues and implement corrective actions
* Manage sending schedules, throttling, and rotation of inboxes/domains
* Maintain organized campaign documentation and reporting
* Follow best practices for compliance and email hygiene

### Required Skills & Experience

* Proven experience managing cold email campaigns
* Hands-on experience with **MailWizz**
* Strong understanding of email deliverability and infrastructure
* Ability to independently set up:
* DKIM
* DMARC
* SPF
* DNS records
* Experience with domain and inbox warm-up strategies
* Familiarity with ESPs, SMTPs, and sending limits
* High attention to detail and ability to follow processes

### Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working with multiple sending domains and inboxes
* Familiarity with spam filtering systems (Gmail, Outlook, etc.)
* Experience with list segmentation and campaign optimization
* Prior work with lead generation or outbound sales teams

### Work Expectations

* Must be available **Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM EST**
* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
