Physical Therapist- Salary $100k plus- Student loan Payoff, up to $150k

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our dynamic healthcare team. This role provides a comprehensive platform to utilize your skills in discharge planning , care plans , and specialized therapies such as trigger point therapy .

Duties

• Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients across multiple populations, including pediatrics , geriatrics , and orthopedic cases.
• Conduct thorough assessments utilizing physiology knowledge , anatomy knowledge , and understanding of medical terminology to determine appropriate treatment strategies.
• Administer therapeutic interventions such as manual therapy, trigger point therapy , and other modalities to promote recovery and mobility.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate discharge planning and ensure seamless transition of care within AL/IL or SNF , or outpatient environments.
• Monitor patient progress through documentation in EMR systems and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients and their families on exercises, injury prevention, and health maintenance strategies tailored to individual needs.
• Assist with patient education regarding post-treatment care for conditions related to orthopedics , geriatrics , or other specialties.
• Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations and uphold high standards of patient safety during all procedures.

Experience

• Proven experience in acute care , inpatient , AL/IL, SNF or outpatient settings within hospitals.
• Strong background in physiotherapy techniques, including trigger point therapy and specialized areas such as orthopedics and geriatrics .
• Familiarity with using EMR systems for documentation and patient management.
• Knowledge of various treatment modalities including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities relevant to both pediatric and adult populations.
• Experience working with diverse patient groups requiring complex care coordination such as those needing comprehensive discharge planning or home & community care services.
