Assurance Manager - $110K + bonus
We're hiring an Assurance Manager to lead audit and assurance engagements across industries including technology, media, manufacturing, distribution, and nonprofits. This is a high-impact role for a CPA professional who wants to drive quality, mentor teams, and build direct relationships with client leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead assurance engagements from planning to final reporting
- Oversee fieldwork and supervise audit staff and senior associates
- Evaluate internal controls, risk procedures, and key compliance areas
- Review complex audit areas: revenue, inventory, consolidations, etc.
- Manage client communications, deliverables, and engagement budgets
Required Experience:
- 5+ years in public accounting, including 2+ years in an audit leadership role
- Background in Big 4 or national public accounting firms
- CPA license (active or in progress)
- Experience managing multiple engagements and teams
Required Skills:
- Strong command of US GAAP and audit methodology
- Team leadership and coaching experience
- Skilled in client relationship management and audit reporting
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with PCAOB audits and audit technology tools
- Public and private industry client exposure
