Kronos Health, PLLC is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing family medicine primary care office . As a vital member of our collaborative healthcare team, you will play a key role in supporting patient wellness, driving clinical excellence, and helping to shape the future of primary care.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care
- Administer medications and provide basic wound care under clinician supervision
- Understand and administer immunizations for all age groups
- Educate patients on chronic disease management (e.g., diabetes, hypertension)
- Triage patient calls and clinical concerns
- Support coordination of care for patients
- Record vital signs, reconcile medications, and update EMR (Athena)
- Perform in-office procedures: EKGs, strep/flu/COVID tests, ear lavage, etc.
- Manage lab samples and documentation
Clinical Support & Admin
- Support smooth office operations and patient intake
- Assist with clerical tasks: documentation, scanning, correspondence
- Maintain and stock medical supplies
- Autoclave instruments and support vaccine supply management
- Prior Authorization and communication with medical insurance
Quality & Leadership
- Follow clinical protocols and participate in quality improvement initiatives
- Help onboard new team members and foster a collaborative environment
- Communicate clearly with patients, families, and team members
- Identify and propose solutions to improve patient care
Qualifications

Requirements
- Active Massachusetts RN or LPN license
- 2+ years recent nursing experience (primary care preferred)
- BLS certification required
- Experience with AthenaHealth (preferred)
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus
- Completion of accredited RN/LPN program
