Director of Go-To-Market Operations

About the Role:

In this role, you will play a pivotal part in developing and executing the Product Marketing and GTM strategy for our brand. You will manage cross-functional GTM processes, product positioning, and optimize performance at each stage of the product lifecycle. You’ll work closely with the product, creative, and marketing leads to ensure our product offerings meet market needs, are launched successfully, and are positioned for continued growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and partner with marketing leads to drive a comprehensive product launch strategy.
  • Define key milestones, timelines, and KPIs to ensure smooth and successful product launches across channels.
  • Define product positioning, messaging, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences and differentiate products in the market.
  • Conduct competitive analysis, customer research, and market trend analysis to inform product strategy and development.
  • Collaborate with creative and marketing leads teams to create compelling marketing materials and product storytelling that drives consumer interest and conversion.
  • Work closely with growth, creative, and product operations teams to maximize product visibility and optimize the consumer journey across all touchpoints.
  • Leverage customer insights and feedback to refine product development, messaging, and marketing strategies.
  • Develop and manage post-launch product performance reviews, identifying opportunities for future product enhancements.

Who You Are:

  • 7+ years of Product Marketing and/or Go-to-Market Operations experience in the DTC or consumer packaged goods (CPG) space.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects from ideation to execution.
  • A track record of successfully launching products and campaigns in a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment.
  • Strong ability to leverage data , consumer insights, and market trends to inform product positioning and marketing strategy.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messaging and collaborate across teams.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.

Location & Benefits :

Location: Boston, New York City, San Diego or Austin (Hybrid: 3 days/week in office)
