Job Description

  • Lead the development and implementation of technology solutions to support strategic transactions in the legal department.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure technology aligns with the department's goals and objectives.
  • Analyze current workflows and identify opportunities for process improvement using technology.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in the application of technology solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships and oversee the integration of third-party tools into existing systems.
  • Provide training and support to team members on new technologies and systems.
  • Monitor performance metrics and report on the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Stay updated on emerging legal technologies and industry best practices to drive innovation.

The Successful Applicant

A successful candidate should have:

  • J.D. with 5+ years of legal practice experience, ideally within transactional deal environments.
  • Strong understanding of deal processes and issues in complex transactions.
  • Hands‑on familiarity with legal AI tools and demonstrated interest in innovation.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and relationship‑building abilities.
  • Skilled in problem‑solving, strategic thinking, and working across professional teams.
  • Comfortable presenting, training, and demonstrating leadership in technology‑enabled initiatives.
