Darien Security is seeking dedicated and professional Security Officers to join our team. Positions are available for various roles, including front desk , construction site , fire watch , and event security . If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and passionate about safety and security, we want to hear from you!

Job Responsibilities

Front Desk Security

• Monitor and control access to the premises.
• Greet and assist visitors and tenants in a professional manner.
• Maintain daily activity logs and incident reports.
• Handle incoming calls and manage deliveries.

Construction Site Security

• Monitor and protect construction equipment and materials.
• Conduct routine patrols of the site to deter trespassing or theft.
• Ensure compliance with site safety protocols.
• Report incidents or safety hazards promptly.

Fire Watch Security

• Conduct regular patrols to check for fire hazards.
• Ensure fire safety protocols are followed.
• Respond immediately to fire alarms or emergencies.
• Maintain detailed logs of fire watch activities.

Event Security

• Provide crowd control and ensure a safe environment for attendees.
• Monitor entrances and exits, checking for proper credentials.
• Respond promptly to any security incidents.
• Assist in emergency situations as needed.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Flexibility to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong observational and communication skills.
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Prior security experience is preferred.
