$55,000 - $60,000 yearly

• Perform maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs, replacing locks, repairing drywall, and updating outlets.
• Execute general carpentry work and troubleshoot basic issues effectively.
• Collaborate with contractors to finalize projects and conduct property inspections.
• Coordinate efficiently with supervisors and other maintenance personnel.
• Ensure clear communication with upper management and keep task updates in the management system.
• Fulfill any additional duties as assigned by upper management.

• The ideal candidate for this Maintenance Technician position in Franklin, MA, US should have experience with facilities/property management or a similar field.
• A basic understanding of routine maintenance processes is preferred for this role.
