Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting families with selecting burial and funeral options and memorialization.
- Performing essential administrative duties, including customer service, paperwork management, and CRM software updates.
- Actively engaging with and presenting to community groups and the public, enhancing the visibility and mission of local funeral homes.
- Providing detailed reports on interactions with families, sales achievements, and feedback received.
Who We Are Looking For:
- Compassionate individuals with or without direct pre-planning experience. Sales professionals seeking a more meaningful application of their skills are welcome.
- Self-motivated and independent workers with excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Candidates ready to obtain MA Life Insurance, if not already held. A Funeral Directors license is REQUIRED.
