We are seeking a Night Dispatcher to play a key role in coordinating deliveries, supporting drivers, and ensuring our nightly operations run efficiently.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and manage nightly dispatch operations.
• Monitor delivery routes and communicate with drivers throughout their shifts.
• Address issues quickly and proactively to keep deliveries on schedule.
• Troubleshoot equipment and operational challenges as they arise.
• Enter and maintain accurate information in our dispatch and routing systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse, transportation, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Step in to assist with deliveries when business needs require.

What We're Looking For

• Reliable, dependable, and accountable.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to stay calm and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Detail-oriented with solid computer skills.
• Comfortable using spreadsheets and transportation software (Produce Pro experience is a plus).
• Previous dispatch, transportation, logistics, or delivery experience preferred.
• CDL experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license with a safe driving record (fewer than 3 points).
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT Medical Card.
• Ability to work evening and overnight hours.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, dispatching, or related operations preferred.
