With 40 retail locations across the U.S. , we are always seeking patient-focused, team-oriented Optometrists to join our growing network. This is an ongoing part-time opportunity ideal for doctors who want a flexible schedule while building relationships with a passionate retail team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Doctor of Optometry degree with a current license

• Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centered eye care

• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with retail teams

• Professional, adaptable, and entrepreneurial mindset

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough, patient-focused eye exams

• Recommend lens solutions directly from the chair

• Provide seamless hand-off of patients to the retail team

• Partner with Store Managers to ensure exceptional patient experiences

• Support the sales floor and build patient relationships during downtime
