This team is expanding its Hudson branch and seeking a well-rounded Account Manager to support the branch manager, take over a $1.4M book of business, and grow enhancements and snow operations.

Drive Growth Across a High-Value Portfolio

This isn’t just portfolio management—it’s about stepping into a branch that’s on track for $3.5–$4M in revenue and helping it scale. You’ll inherit a robust $1.4M base contract portfolio, manage $500K+ in enhancements, and take responsibility for a $2M snow removal operation. With support from leadership and the right tools, you’ll have the autonomy to deliver for clients while shaping the Hudson branch’s future success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow a portfolio of $1.4M in base contracts, $500K+ in enhancements, and $2M in snow operations.
• Estimate base maintenance contracts, enhancement work, and snow removal bids.
• Provide proactive client communication and deliver high-quality customer service.
• Conduct site walks, inspections, and punch list reviews to ensure quality standards.
• Partner with production teams to execute on work efficiently and profitably.
• Use Aspire and iScape to manage operations and small-scale renderings (training provided if needed).
• Support branch leadership in driving operational excellence as the location grows.
  

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of account management or operations experience in commercial landscaping.
• Strong estimating skills (maintenance, enhancements, and snow); training available for the right candidate.
• Knowledge of horticulture and plants preferred.
• Strong client-facing communication and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with Aspire software (required) and iScape for renderings.
• Spanish bilingual skills a plus, but not required.
• Open to relocation candidates with ties to the Boston area.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Base Salary: $85,000 – $95,000
• Quarterly Bonus: Open-book management bonus, based on company performance
• Company Vehicle, Laptop, Cell Phone, and iPad Provided
• Retirement: Simple IRA with 3% match
• Health Insurance: 58% employer contribution toward premiums
