Nessa Bottles™ is the world's first dumbbell-shaped baby bottle — a patent-pending, ergonomic design that lets babies grip and self-feed from 4 months old. The product is fully developed: manufacturing is negotiated and locked with a vetted factory at $3.66/bottle, packaging artwork is print-ready, the brand is live (nessabottles.com + Shopify store), and gross margins exceed 64% at a $28 MSRP. We're in a $3.8B global market with zero competing products.

The Opportunity

The founder is seeking a hands-on CEO / operating partner to take the reins and scale this business from launch through growth. This is an equity-only position — no cash compensation. You would earn between 10% and 50% equity based on your experience, track record, and the scope of responsibility you take on.

This is not a job — it's a partnership. You'd be running the day-to-day operations of a real consumer product company with patent-protected IP, a locked supply chain, and a clear path to revenue.

What You'd Be Responsible For

• Leading the product launch across Amazon FBA, DTC (Shopify), and wholesale channels
• Managing the manufacturing relationship and production orders
• Building and executing the marketing strategy (Amazon PPC, Meta ads, influencer outreach)
• Driving retail partnerships and distribution expansion
• Overseeing financials, inventory, and supply chain logistics
• Growing the brand from pre-revenue to profitability and beyond

• US utility patent application (pending) — no competitors exist
• Vetted Chinese manufacturer with locked pricing and 30-day lead times
• Complete brand package: website, Shopify store, packaging artwork, product photography, 10 SEO blog posts, FDA test reports, social media accounts
• Full financial projections: $378K Year 1 revenue, $655K Year 2, $1.21M Year 3
• 64.9% gross margins across all sales channels

Who We're Looking For

• Proven experience scaling a consumer product, DTC brand, or retail business
• Track record of growing revenue from launch or early stage to $500K+
• Strong understanding of Amazon FBA, e-commerce operations, and digital marketing
• Experience with supply chain management, ideally with overseas manufacturing
• Entrepreneurial mindset — you treat this like your own company because it partly will be
• Baby/juvenile products or CPG experience is a strong plus but not required

Equity Structure

• 10-50% equity based on experience and scope of involvement
• No salary, no cash compensation — this is a pure equity partnership
• Vesting schedule and terms negotiable
• Founder retains remaining equity and IP ownership

Location

Remote — US-based preferred. Founder is located in Boca Raton, FL.
