Project Manager - Event Planning Pay Rate: 40.00-48.00 per hour Work location: hybrid, option to be onsite at Prudential Center Boston and Assembly Row Somerville location based on candidate preference Schedule Monday – Friday, 8-5 Contract duration 3 months potential to convert Preferred Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent experience, strong analytical skills, strong communication skills, strong proficiency (intermediate or above) on MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams.
• Knowledge and experience with standard project management methodology.
• At least 2 years of experience in managing large scale projects.

Responsibilities

Overview: Project Manager will provide advanced project management guidance and support working with the Enterprise Services/Community/Specialty/Health Plan HR teams.

• The role develops and manages project plans and project documents, including the consolidation or support for: multiple integrations, Health Plan growth activities, HR budget responsibilities, leadership rounding/skip-levels, and all HR Forum, leadership meeting and town hall planning.
• The roles support consolidation and monitoring of actions driven by engagement survey results, reporting of data related to people goal monitoring, year-end compensation and performance management support, communication and presentation material preparation, HR data & analytics, HR collaboratives, and general support to the SVP, HR and team.
