Responsibilities

  • Lead and supervise a team
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine project requirements and scope of work.
  • Ensure all work is performed to the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and client expectations.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate team members, promoting a collaborative and positive work environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a lead carpenter or senior carpenter in residential and/or commercial construction.
  • Strong knowledge of carpentry techniques, materials, tools, and best practices.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Detail oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality craftsmanship.
  • Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and construction site safety protocols.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for job site travel.
