We’re hiring CNC Programmers and CNC Machinists across the North Shore for full-time roles paying $30–$40/hr. These positions are ideal for candidates with strong setup, programming, and machining experience who can produce high-precision parts and troubleshoot on the shop floor.

Locations: North Shore (multiple client sites)

Schedule: Monday–Friday (1st shift options)

• 5:00 AM – 2:00 PM
• 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM

Pay: $30–$40/hr (DOE)

What You’ll Do

• Set up, operate, and program CNC mills and lathes
• Load materials, install tooling/fixtures, and set offsets (G54, tool heights, etc.)
• Edit CNC programs and optimize machining processes
• Monitor production and adjust machines to maintain quality
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, and gauges
• Troubleshoot machining issues and support continuous improvement
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Train or support other operators as needed

What You Bring

• Experience with CNC setup, operation, and programming
• Strong knowledge of Fanuc controls (Mazatrol, Mastercam, Trak a plus)
• Experience with vertical and horizontal mills and/or lathes
• Ability to read blueprints and work to tight tolerances
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Experience

• Experience with Mazak (HCN-5000 or similar)
• CAM programming (Mastercam or similar)
• Multi-axis machining

Work Environment

• Machine shop environment
• Standing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. required
