Overview Due to clinic growth, we are hiring a Physical Therapist for an outpatient orthopedic role in Mashpee, Massachusetts. Full-time availability is preferred, with 40 hours per week available. Part-time candidates with at least two weekdays of availability, totaling 12 hours per week, will also be considered.

Openings are available for staff-level PTs in Mashpee, Hyannis, and Osterville .A Clinic Director opportunity is also available in Hyannis, with a workload of 90 percent direct patient care and 10 percent managerial responsibilities.

Caseload and Patient Population You will treat a range of orthopedic diagnoses, including pre- and post-operative patients, and work with various fitness levels on injury prevention and conditioning. Services include balance and vestibular therapy, and the clinic features an on-site warm water pool and full fitness center.

We are seeking an empathetic, team-oriented Physical Therapist with strong manual therapy skills. Mentorship is available, and support will be provided to ensure your comfort and confidence in the role.

Work Schedule The clinic is open Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 7 PM and Saturday from 8 AM to 1 PM. Saturday shifts are optional and can provide additional hours for interested therapists.

Full-time roles typically follow a schedule of three early shifts and two late shifts per week. A four-day workweek is also an option. Part-time positions require at least two non-consecutive weekdays with six-hour shifts.

There are no required weekends or holidays. Physical Therapists enjoy a healthy work-life balance.

Pay and Benefits

• Staff-level Physical Therapists: Starting salary around 80,000 dollars per year for new graduates

• Clinic Director: Starting salary around 100,000 dollars per year

Job Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy degree (or equivalent)

• Eligible for Physical Therapy licensure in Massachusetts

• Full-time availability preferred (40 hours per week available)

• Part-time applicants must be available for at least two weekdays totaling 12 hours per week

• Prior outpatient experience is appreciated but not required for staff-level roles

• New graduate PTs are welcome and supported

• Clinic Director applicants must have at least three years of experience
