Executive Chef - Fine Dining

NextGen Hospitality Solutions is excited to announce an opening for an Executive Chef in our fine dining establishment located in Worcester. This full-time, on-site position offers a unique opportunity to lead our culinary team in delivering exceptional dining experiences that reflect our commitment to quality and innovation in the hospitality industry.
As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing a diverse and sophisticated menu, overseeing kitchen operations, and ensuring that all dishes meet the highest standards of taste and presentation. You will play a key role in shaping the culinary direction of our restaurant, mentoring staff, and maintaining a collaborative and dynamic kitchen environment. Your leadership will directly contribute to our mission of providing outstanding service and memorable dining experiences for our guests.
We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 - $110,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package that supports your professional growth and well-being in the hospitality sector.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute innovative menu items that align with current culinary trends
- Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation and quality control
- Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure high standards of food safety and sanitation
- Collaborate with management on budgeting, inventory control, and cost management
- Oversee kitchen schedules and staff performance evaluations
- Maintain a positive and motivating work environment for kitchen staff
- Engage with guests to gather feedback and enhance their dining experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into the kitchen
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a similar culinary leadership role
- Strong culinary skills with a focus on fine dining cuisine
- In-depth knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to create and implement seasonal menus
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
