UX Researcher
- Conduct Resonance Testing{{:}} Design and execute resonance testing to gauge user reactions, emotional responses, and alignment with proposed design concepts for robotics interfaces and software.
- Perform Concept Validation{{:}} Plan and conduct studies to validate design concepts, ensuring they meet user needs and business objectives within the supply chain and robotics context.
- Execute Usability Testing{{:}} Develop and lead usability testing sessions for prototypes, existing systems, and new features, identifying pain points and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather User Insights{{:}} Use qualitative and quantitative methods, such as interviews, surveys, and observations, to understand user behaviors, preferences, and challenges in interacting with robotic systems.
- Analyze and Synthesize Data{{:}} Translate research findings into clear, actionable insights through reports, presentations, and visualizations to guide design and development teams.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams{{:}} Work closely with UX designers, product managers, and engineers to integrate research insights into product development and refine user experiences.
- Advocate for Users{{:}} Champion user-centered design principles, ensuring user needs are prioritized throughout the product lifecycle.
- Stay Current with Trends{{:}} Keep up-to-date with UX research methodologies, supply chain technologies, and robotics trends to inform research practices.
- Experience{{:}} Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in UX research, ideally with exposure to technical systems, robotics, or supply chain industries.
- Education{{:}} Bachelor’s degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Design, Anthropology, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Technical Skills{{:}}
- Proficiency in UX research methodologies, including resonance testing, concept validation, and usability testing.
- Experience with research tools such as Miro, UserTesting, Lookback, or similar platforms for conducting and analyzing studies.
- Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SPSS, or Tableau) for quantitative research.
- Knowledge of supply chain operations or robotics systems is a plus.

- Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to share findings with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment.
- Preferred Qualifications{{:}}
- Experience conducting research for hardware-software integrated systems, such as robotics.
- Understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) to ensure inclusive user experiences.
- Up to 10% of travel may be required. Employees must have a valid driver’s license and the ability to drive and/or fly to client and other customer locations.
- The employee is responsible for owning a credit card and managing expenses personally to be reimbursed on a bi-weekly basis.
