Responsibilities of team members include:Welcoming guest using the Hang10 standards of customer excellenceUsing the Shaka Sign at pay stations, tunnel and vacuum areas to thank guests.Drive sales of monthly memberships by making every customer aware of what we offer at the pay station and vacuum lotGuiding vehicles onto the conveyor using proper hand signals to make sure vehicles are safely loadedEngage customers in the vacuum lot and assist in signing up for a membershipGather towels from the vacuum area, wash towels, fold towels, and restock in a convenient location for customersSmile and engage with guests throughout the customer journeyPerform basic maintenance and upkeep of equipment to keep the car wash operational and spotless for customersClean the dog wash stations after customers with the Big Kahuna(premium membership) finish washing their petClean the tunnel at the end of each night which includes pressure washing walls, cleaning windows, and removing any debris Requirements:Must be able to work without their cell phone, we have a strict cell phone usage policy while on the clock due to the priority of customer service and safetyMust have reliable transportationMust be able to show up on time. We have a strict attendance policyExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to work flexible hours, including weekdays, weekends, and holidaysAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing prioritiesMust be able to work on their feet for extended periods of time no matter the weather conditionsEnjoy working with customers and doing so with a positive attitude and smileWorking collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hoursMust adhere to our standards for quality, safety, and customer service at all timesMust be reliable and motivatedPrior experience in customer service is preferred, but not requiredAssist customers with any issue that arises at the washStrong attention to detail to differentiate the experience at Hang10 from other express washesMust be at least 17 yrs old Weekends and Holidays RequiredFull-TimePart-Time
