Customer Service Representative
Our client, a leading customer service company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team in Boston, Massachusetts. This role is focused on providing exceptional service to clients and resolving customer inquiries in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a customer-facing role and possess strong communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat

Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service
