Job Description

We are seeking a hands-on IT professional to lead and manage IT operations for a rapidly growing organization. While this role does not require direct people management, you will oversee IT staff, delegate tasks, and ensure smooth operations as the company scales beyond 300 users and systems. You will manage IT operations across systems, networks, and security; lead projects and resolve IT issues by delegating or sourcing resources; plan and execute IT requirements while ensuring compliance and security standards; oversee device management, network configuration, and operational support; forecast budgets and contribute to IT strategy for scaling infrastructure; and support M&A integration while transitioning from outsourced to in-house IT services. This position offers exposure to new technologies, strategic planning, and the opportunity to shape IT infrastructure during a period of significant growth and acquisition activity.

Skills and Requirements

Microsoft Technologies: Azure, Office 365, Exchange, SharePoint, PowerShell.

Security & Compliance: SOC 2 and/or ISO compliance experience.

Active Directory (AD)

DNS configuration and troubleshooting

Intune (MDM - Mobile Device Management)

PowerShell scripting

Familiarity with IT security best practices and operational processes. 3-5 years in IT operations within a small to mid-sized company.

Experience with mergers and acquisitions (M\&A) environments.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization.

Ability to wear multiple hats and adapt to evolving technologies.
